New Materials – For example: Cement, Stone, Impression Material – “We changed ___. This might affect fit. Let’s monitor the next few cases.”
New Processes – Impression Procedure, Manufacturing location or method – “We are doing it this way now. Have you seen a change?”
New People – “We are training a new _____, and are following his/her work. Can you let us know if any concerns arise?”
