There is no minimum order at Silcox Dental Supply. For credit card purchases, we gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. PayPal is also accepted as a payment method.
Returned checks are subject to a $35 charge.
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2pm EST will be shipped that same day.

Open accounts are welcome and may be opened following a review of our completed credit application. Open account invoices are due within 10 days from the date of purchase. Past due balances beyond 30 days will receive a finance charge of 1-1/2% per month. Orders on past due accounts may be shipped COD ($15.50 fee per box) until the past due amount is paid.
If you require a product that we don’t stock, it’s no problem for us to order it for you. In some instances, we can even drop ship the item to your door. Special orders are subject to a nominal charge and are not returnable.
All orders are shipped FOB Canfield, OH and are delivered by UPS Ground service. Next-Day, 2nd-Day, and Air shipping are available at an additional charge. Silcox may use the U.S. Mail or Priority Mail services at their discretion. Equipment and heavy items are subject to freight charges and special handling charges. Crating fees will be charged separately. For any person wishing to have items shipped outside of the United States, please call 800-377-1448 for assistance.
Silcox Dental Supply’s Anti-Diversion Policy mandates all customers who purchase goods from Silcox Dental Supply will hereby agree to follow U.S. export laws and regulations. This policy prohibits exports, including any and all Silcox Dental Supply goods, from being shipped to locations forbidden by the U.S. government.
Any new item purchased at Silcox Dental Supply may be returned for exchange or credit within 10 days of purchase. Before returning material, please call to receive an RMA number. Defective items may be repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty policy. Merchandise must be returned in like-new condition (except for damage caused by any product defect) with the original packaging materials, accessories, instructions and the original invoice, otherwise, your product may not be eligible for return. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Credits on purchases paid for by check or credit card will be by credit memo (credit to your customer account). Special orders may not be returned for credit.
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Silcox gladly accepts returned full or broken sets of Kulzer brand teeth. This 10% restocking fee will apply to all returned Kulzer teeth. Returned teeth must be free of wax, must be on the proper card and cannot be damaged or ground in any way. Size of return cannot exceed 30% the value of teeth purchased from Silcox in the prior month. Teeth must be returned in Kulzer Dental tooth boxes including foam sheet to protect teeth from damage in shipping.
All items on closeout – sales are final.
Sales or Use tax may be due in connection with the purchase and delivery of items purchased from Silcox.
Oklahoma requires the purchaser to file a return if sales or use tax is due in connection with the purchase.
